 1 lb White Rock Farm Ground Beef
 ½ tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 ¼ tsp Pepper
 ¼ tsp Salt
 ¼ tsp Garlic Powder (Optional)

Mix together all ingredients.

Form into 4-5 oz patties about 4 inches round

Heat skillet on high heat. Place burgers in pan and turn heat down to medium heat. Cook for approximately 3 minutes each side.

Remove from heat.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite condiments!
